A Playdate

“Expressions of Empathy (Volume III) – Human Nature vs. the Nature of the Human” As children we learn what it is like to overcome our diffidence when becoming acquainted with a new playmate. Everything appears to be new, colorful and vibrant; particularly in the environment of a new friend. Brilliant colors seem to surround us when we are young, and when we are happy. Here, are two innocent mice depicted as young children, meeting one another for the first time. The expressions are bashful, and the content is pure. Toys of bright rich colors surround the two subjects to illustrate the liveliness of childhood in all its vitality.
